Modern and experimental aperitif brand Veso recently teamed up with social media’s chief mixologies, Evie, to produce a one of a kinf vermouth.
This unique, limited edition dry vermouth was months in the making and is ideal for dirty martinis, negronis, and even just to sip on the rocks.
Veso founder Chris Beyer and Evie started this collaboration after deciding there isn’t enough talk about vermouth. After much experimentation they came upon a recipe that included organic Indian dill seed, organic Turkish bay leaves, rosemary from Los Altos Hills, green cardamom and angelica root, with a strong backbone of Gruner Veltiner white wine.
The result is a complex vermouth that pushes the boundaries of traditional taste. Try it with a great dry gin like Tanqueray.
