The Roughty Foodie ‘Pure Cork Hamper’ from €75 contains a collection of local Irish produce, including K. O’Connell’s Smoked Salmon, Spiced Beef from The Chicken Inn, a range of Pure Cork cheeses, chutneys, O’Connails chocolates, seasonal figs and chestnuts. The ‘Pure Cork’ hampers start at €75 and can also be made to order, with the option of adding in a bottle of wine, prosecco or champagne from Bubble Brothers Wine Merchants. The Farmgate ‘Luxury Hamper’ from €100 contains a collection of seasonal favourites including the Farmgate Christmas Pudding, homemade chocolate Tiffin cake, figs, chocolates, homemade cranberry sauce, preserves and more. Tom Durcan Meats ‘Tastes of The English Market’ hamper from €135, contains a variety of festive food and drink favourites including Tom Durcan’s Traditional Spiced Beef and a range of artisan food and drink items from other traders, which are packaged in a Tom Durcan insulated cooler bag and delivered to your door nationwide. K. O’Connell’s Fish Merchants, Irish Oak Smoked Salmon from €15 – €40. Available to purchase in the market or order by contacting freshfish@eircom.net.
The Cork Rebel Hamper contains four local Cork cheeses, in-house made chicken liver pates, crackers, caramelised red onion marmalade, Gubeen Salami, Rebel Chilli sauce, biscuits and a sweet treat – either chocolates or nougat. Hederman Smoked Salmon – choose from traditional cold-smoked salmon, hot-smoked salmon, smoked mackerel and mussels, smoked butter and spices, pâtés or a smoked fillet piece, presented in Hederman’s signature gift wrapping.
