Jasper Hill Farms x Sandeman Port & Cheese Collab Returns

Jasper Hill Farms has collaborated with Sandeman once again this holiday season for its extremely popular, limited edition port washed cheese.

Jasper Hill Farm Harbison Mini is a petite, soft-ripened, bark-wrapped cheese with a spoonable, creamy texture. Typically, this cheese is aged with a bloomy white rind. Harbison Mini is the pocket-sized version of Jasper Hill’s signature spruce bark-wrapped bloomy rind cheese. As a woodsy, terroir-driven cheese, Harbison was the ideal choice for this place-driven collaboration, drawing a line across the sea connecting Vermont and Portugal.

The Jasper Hill mini-Harbison cheese is washed in Sandeman Founders Reserve Port which has been aged for five years. With notes of deep red fruit and hints of smoky fire, the Sandeman x Jasper Hill mini-Harbison is an elegant reflection of the aromatic flavors found in Founders Reserve.

To make it more perfect, pair it with a chilled glass of our port. It deliciously compliments the cheese, enhancing its flavors of sweet cream, with a lingering currant finish.

Cheese will be available for shipping on November 11th nationwide – both in store at select retailers and online as part of Jasper Hills November clubs and “cheese baller” collections. Find it at JasperHillFarm.com.

Rooted in heritage but balanced with a strong pioneering spirit, Sandeman’s iconic portfolio consists of an award-winning range of Port wines created in the heart of Porto. In its 230-year-old history, Sandeman has maintained its family-run spirit while leading the way for not only the production and promotion of premium port wines, but also the innovative and artistic representation of the world of port. Jasper Hill’s Harbinson cheese takes Sandeman into a new medium. Based in Greensboro Bend, VT, Jasper Hill Farm is a family owned business that puts an emphasis on craftsmanship to set the standard of quality and innovation in the artisan cheese industry. Their forward thinking and patient process was pivotal in bringing this partnership to life.
