“The limited edition Father’s Day hampers follow in the footsteps of the Burren Basket which we developed in collaboration with fellow Burren Food Trail members in response to the COVID 19 crisis,” explained Birgitta Hedin Curtin. “We have seen a significant increase in online gifting and the Burren Basket was hugely successful leading to the Burren Breakfast Basket which proved to be very popular with the US market.”
